Twenty years on the floor and in the software that runs it. Now building the agents that do the office work.
I'm Michael Hollinger, the founder of Corviva. For 20 years I've worked in mid-market manufacturing and distribution, most of it building warehouse management software. I spent that time on receiving docks and pick lines, watching how work actually flowed, asking the people doing it why things broke down, and building systems to make it faster. I built a WMS company, sold it in 2020 and ran it as CEO through 2024.
Where the experience comes from
- Earlier
Booz Allen Hamilton
Converted and integrated data for NASA and the IRS, where systems that disagreed had to be made to work together, and getting it wrong wasn't an option.
- 20 years
Manufacturing and distribution software
Built warehouse management software used on real receiving docks, pick lines and production floors, with lot and serial tracking from raw material to shipment, connected to the ERPs and shipping platforms manufacturers run on.
- 2020–2024
Sold the WMS company, stayed on as CEO
Led it through the transition under new ownership.
- 2025
Went deep on AI
Built agent systems and test projects hands-on to learn what holds up in real operations and what doesn't.
- Today
Corviva
An AI-native operations service that redesigns the office work around the plant, then builds and runs the agents that do it.
An operator's eye for where the days go, and the engineering to remove the waiting
Most AI projects at manufacturers stall because they automate the wrong thing, or because nobody owns the result once the consultants leave. Corviva is built to fix both: understand the work first, then deliver agents that run, measured against your own numbers, with someone accountable every month.
Redesign before automating
The hours of real work are rarely the problem. The days lost between steps are. We map those first.
You work with me directly
No hand-off to a junior team. I'm on the first call, in the process interviews and at go-live.
Measured, not promised
Every engagement starts with baseline numbers you sign off on, and success is judged against them.
Honest about fit
If a workflow isn't worth automating, or your systems can't support it, I'll tell you.
Your systems stay yours
No rip-and-replace. Agents work on the ERP and email you already have, through official APIs.
People stay in charge
Agents take the chasing and re-keying. Your people make the decisions that matter, with the evidence in front of them.
Tell me which workflow frustrates you most.
Thirty minutes, no cost, and an honest answer about whether it's the right place to start.
